In the late evening of March 14, a problem-plagued the owners of GTA Online for PS5 and Xbox Series X / S, unable to transfer the saves and their character to the next-gen if previously the save game had already been transferred to PC.
Rockstar Games immediately got to work and at the time of writing the problem was solved, from today it is, therefore, possible to transfer your GTA Online character from PS4 and Xbox One to PS5 and Xbox Series X / S, even if in the past the latter had already been imported on PC while it is not possible to import the progress of GTA Online for PC on consoles, as pointed out by the developers. Remember in any case that importing the profile will delete it will delete the same on the original platform, thus not allowing you to keep the same profile active on two different hardware.
The issue blocking GTA Online profile migration of PS4 and Xbox One accounts that were previously migrated to PC has been addressed, and that migration is now working as intended.
Please note that GTA Online profiles on PC cannot be migrated to PS5 or Xbox Series X|S.
