According to Twitter user, Jason Is Steam Decking test, Cyberpunk 2077 on Steam Deck, Steam OS performance is 17% faster than Windows 10.
This test uses the preset low/medium quality, and the minimum frame rate on Steam OS is 22.42FPS, while it is only 7.33 on Windows 10, so the minimum frame rate on Steam OS is much higher than Windows 10.
