Let’sGoDigital, Samsung Electronics filed a trademark application for Fashion Film with the UK Intellectual Property Office (UKIPO) on March 7, 2022. Classified as Class 9, the application reads: Smartphones are often fitted with a protective film (or screen protector) to protect the glass surface from scratches and impacts. Such a protective film can be attached to the front and back of the phone.
Fashion Film could be a sticker used to personalize the back of your phone. This is an ideal way to make the look of your device both personal and unique. Young people, in particular, will appreciate such personalization.
Last week, Samsung also trademarked the name Flap Leather Cover in the UK. Whether these applications are related is still unknown.
