Currently, this update is rolled out in Europe. African, Asian, and South American markets could get the update within the next few weeks.
According to the info, this new S21 FE OTA update comes with the build number G990BXXS1BVB3. It might also include general bug fixes and device stability improvements. Some of the stock apps may get updated as well.
