The tweet repeats previous rumored information, claiming that the third-generation iPhone SE will feature the same form factor, A15 Bionic chip, and 5G connectivity as the current model, but with several new details.
The tweet states that the iPhone SE will add a new 256GB storage option in addition to the existing 64GB and 128GB storage options, and clarifies that the iPhone SE’s 5G capabilities will include mmWave and sub-6GHz connectivity, which was previously unavailable confirmed. The special mention of the A15 Bionic chip also seems to eliminate the uncertainty about the rumors that the next iPhone SE may use the A14 Bionic chip.

The tweet also added that mass production of the new iPhone SE begins this month and that Apple expects to ship 25 million to 30 million units this year.
