If you are considering applying for this service, please submit your request as soon as possible. On the official PlayStation Japan customer service website, Sony stated:
We sincerely thank you for your continued patronage of our products.

Customers who wish to provide after-sales service for the relevant model should apply for after-sales service through the online repair reception service or PlayStation Customer Support before April 30, 2022 (Saturday) and May 7, 2022 (Saturday).
Please send the product to the PlayStation Clinic. If you wish to send it directly to the PlayStation Clinic without prior application, please do so by Saturday, April 30, 2022.
We will not be able to accept applications or arrivals after the above deadlines, so if you are considering applying for after-sales service, please do so as soon as possible.
Please note that repairs may not be completed by the deadline due to the depletion of parts. We sincerely apologize to customers who are using this product and thank you for your understanding.
