The latest data from the Tesla China charging team showed that in January 2022, 24 new supercharging stations and 151 supercharging piles have been added, which have been launched in 21 cities/counties across the country.
Tesla said that as of now, Tesla has built and opened more than 1,100 supercharging stations and more than 8,300 supercharging piles in mainland China, with more than 700 destination charging stations and more than 1,800 destination charging piles, covering 360 more than one city and region.
During the recent Spring Festival holiday (January 31-February 6), the Tesla charging network provided Tesla owners with over 2.135 million charging services, with a cumulative driving distance of 240 million kilometers.
It is reported that Tesla’s supercharging network covers 100% of all provincial capitals and municipalities in mainland China, and has achieved full coverage of prefecture-level cities in Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Hebei, Shandong, Guangdong and Guizhou.
