Many may have already seen it in the beta, but the regular version of Microsoft Outlook is now also being distributed via the App Store with the new design.
As usual, Microsoft 365 Exchange Online, Outlook.com, Google, iCloud, Yahoo, POP, or IMAP accounts are supported. However, not all users will see the new interface, according to the info page, users with on-premises exchange accounts still have the old design in mind.
Users get a customizable toolbar, improved search and the “My Day” overview. At that time, Microsoft had already published an overview here of the possibilities that the new Outlook brings with it.
Contact lists, local folders, export/import of .olm and .pst files and other functions are still to be delivered. If the new design is not for you: you can switch back to the legacy version in the help menu.
