Samsung is one of the companies as per the software rollout and security patches. Before starting the new month the company has always delivered the upcoming patch updates a few days before. Recently, the company rolled out February 2022 security patch update for the S21 series before the month started. Now, Samsung released the same security patch update to its Galaxy S20, Galaxy S20+ and Galaxy S20 Ultra in the UK and India.
As per the report, this update brings improvements to the device security and the company didn’t mention any other changes.

The LTE variants of the Galaxy S20, Galaxy S20+, and the Galaxy S20 Ultra are getting the February 2022 security update with firmware version G98xFXXUDEVA9 across Europe. For the 5G variants of the phones, the new update comes with firmware version G98xBXXUDEVA9.
Owners of the Galaxy S20 can receive notification of this update. By chance you don’t receive an update notification then check the update manually by going to the device Settings >> Software updates >> Download and install.
