Almost every year at least one model from this series is in the top 10 in the world. And with the Redmi Note 11 series, Xiaomi also wants to offer new smartphones that are at the top of the bestseller lists.
With a global launch, Xiaomi has brought its new Redmi Note 11 series to Europe. It’s structured a little differently with us, the models are structured differently. But that doesn’t change the fact that there is hardly a way around the Note series from Xiaomi this year if you want to treat yourself to a smartphone in the price range of 200 – 400 euros.
The international offer differs primarily in the processors. While China tends to use the cheaper chips from MediaTek, the global models use a little more Qualcomm. However, older chipsets are welcome in order to be able to maintain the low prices. You have to take a closer look before you buy it.
The Pro model charges even faster and comes with an OLED display again
In the new Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G, for example, there is a Snapdragon 695 processor based on 6 nm. If you take the top model without 5G, the Helio G96 from MediaTek is installed. Otherwise, the top models share the following properties: 6.67 inch OLED display with 120 Hz, 5,000 mAh battery with 67-watt fast charging, 108-megapixel main camera (1/1.52″, Samsung HM2), up to 128 gigabytes of memory and 8 gigabytes of RAM. The fingerprint sensor can be found on the right side.
This time, the slightly simpler Redmi Note 11S (title picture) also has an LCD with a diagonal of at least 90 Hz and a diagonal of 6.43 inches. As with the other models, the battery is around 5000 mAh in size and can be charged with a maximum of 33 watts in this case. MediaTek supplies the processor for this variant. The main camera shares the high resolution of a whopping 108 megapixels, but the ultra-wide-angle has a whole 100 megapixels less available.
The new basic model Redmi Note 11 also has a 6.43-inch 90 Hz LCD-based display. The processor in the form of the Snapdragon 680 does not have quite as much on the box and is supported by a maximum of 6 gigabytes of RAM. You will find a 50-megapixel camera like in the Redmi 10 and the 5000 mAh battery can also be charged with a 33-watt charger.
