[Update: A52s India] Android 12 based One UI 4.0 update released for the Galaxy A52s 5G

Samsung released the Android 12 based One UI 4.0 update to the Galaxy A52s in India on the build number A528BXXU1BUL7.

Samsung Galaxy A52 5G smartphone was launched on 17th March 2021. The phone comes with a 6.50-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 1080×2400 pixels and an aspect ratio of 20:9. Samsung Galaxy A52 5G is powered by a 1.8GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 750G processor that features 2 cores clocked at 2.2GHz and 6 cores clocked at 1.8GHz. It comes with 6GB of RAM. The Samsung Galaxy A52 5G runs Android 11 and is powered by a 4500mAh battery.

As far as the cameras are concerned, the Samsung Galaxy A52 5G on the rear packs a 64-megapixel primary camera with an f/1.8 aperture; a 12-megapixel camera with an f/2.2 aperture; a 5-megapixel camera with an f/2.4 aperture, and a 5-megapixel camera with an f/2.4 aperture. The rear camera setup has autofocus. It sports a 32-megapixel camera on the front for selfies with an f/2.2 aperture.

Samsung started to distribute Android 12 and One UI 4.0 updates to its devices. Now, Samsung released the Android 12  update for the Galaxy A52s 5G. This software update comes with the build number A528NKSS1BUL7 for Galaxy A52s 5G in South Korea.

What’s New

  • Quick Panel: Samsung’s latest One UI 4.0 lets users manage brightness more comfortably with the larger brightness bar in the quick panel. In addition, the name of the “Media” button has been changed to “Media Output”.
  • Widgets: One UI 4.0 comes with revamped Home screen widgets for the Galaxy devices. It gives you more information at a glance and lets you personalize and decorate your home screen in your way, thanks to the new structure of the widget list.
  • Dynamic wallpapers: The One UI 4.0 also adapted Google Android 12’s Dynamic wallpapers, commonly known as Material You theming engine. In addition to the capability to select from featured and downloaded wallpapers, you can now choose different color themes based on colors from your wallpaper.

Owners of the Galaxy A52 can receive notification of this update. By chance you don’t receive an update notification then check the update manually by going to the device Settings >> Software updates >> Download and install.
