Last year we reported on the free, open-source Mac Mouse Fix software. The free tool is aimed at anyone who wants to do as much as possible with the mouse. Switches between Spaces activates Mission Control, show the desktop, triggers Quick Look, or use the buttons on the side to navigate through the pages in the browser, according to the description of the software in version 1.0.0.
Now, of course, you have to see that this is probably more of a niche application. Perhaps some of you already use other software, there is a lot from “narrow to powerful” (BetterTouchTool, for example) – or you even have a keyboard/mouse combination that allows your own actions, for example, I use the Logitech Keys with the MX Master 3, which itself offers enough possibilities.
But Mac Mouse Fix 2, the software now has more opportunities to get donated. There is, for example, the Action Table that can be seen in the article. You can store things yourself that can be executed when certain mouse buttons are activated. However, those who tend to use the keyboard rather than the mouse should also use Raycastlook. In addition to the launcher, clipboard manager and window manager, the software is so much more – also adaptable to system actions.
