If you are looking for high-quality wallpapers for your iPhone, the latest X-ray wallpaper provided by The Basic Apple Guy is very good. These wallpapers are designed to show the intricate internal structure and tightly integrated components of the iPhone.
These so-called schematic wallpapers were made based on disassembled X-ray pictures provided by people from iFixit. In a blog post, The Basic Apple Guy explained the cumbersome process of creating these wallpapers with Sketch and Pixelmator. Writes in the blog post.
The schematics of the iPhone 13 Pro and 13 Pro Max were created very, very tediously in Sketch, using the iFixit wallpaper as a guide to the precise location of each part. Transistors, screws, these wallpapers slowly become reality in many hours.
Then, the project is imported into Pixelmator to create all kinds of amazing changes for your device. Once the iPhone 13 Pro wallpaper was completed, the second 13 Pro Max project was also created from scratch. Although they share many of the same components, the size and location of the components require a complete reconstruction of the project.
The Basic Apple Guy offers 8 different designs, including Black, Xray, Sunset, Slate, Neon Blue, M1, Card and Blueprint. These wallpapers are designed for iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro Max, but they also work well on iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 mini.
You can download all these wallpapers from The Basic Apple Guy website. Just save them in your photo library, turn off Perspective Zoom, and adjust the size of the wallpaper to fit the borders of your iPhone display.
