This means that if Microsoft plans to provide plate improvements in multiple areas of the file explorer, start menu, and taskbar, they will release the corresponding Windows feature experience package and Windows feature update. These experience packs are available through Windows Update, and you can check for updates to find them.
It seems that the online experience pack will be unique to Windows 11 because the goal is to use these updates to improve the different shells and functions of modern operating systems.
