From time to time the Google Stadia developer team extends the list of devices officially supported by the popular gaming platform of the Mountain View giant and in the past few hours, several Samsung devices have been added.
We remind you that, although the Google Stadia app allows users to stream games from almost all Android devices in experimental mode, there is a list of officially supported phones and tablets (among those included there are devices from Samsung, OnePlus and the Google Pixel series) and in which the gaming platform works automatically, without the need to make any changes.
In practice, the phones and tablets included in this list are the ones for which Google can assure that they will offer a good experience with its gaming platform, of course, provided that you can rely on a good Internet connection. As we learn from 9to5Google, the list of officially supported devices has been enriched by another 11 between smartphones and tablets of the Korean giant. These are the new models added:
- Samsung Galaxy S21
- Samsung Galaxy S21+
- Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra
- Samsung Galaxy Note 20
- Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra
- Samsung Galaxy Tab A
- Samsung Galaxy Tab A7
- Samsung Galaxy Tab S5e
- Samsung Galaxy Tab S6
- Samsung Galaxy Tab S7
- Samsung Galaxy Tab S7+
In addition to 6 tablets, the latest flagship smartphones of the Korean giant’s offer have been added while at the moment the most expensive models of Samsung are not yet supported, namely those of its two folding series (Samsung Galaxy Z Fold and Galaxy Z Flip).
