Apple never advertises the memory size of the iPhone, but according to the code contained in the Xcode 13 beta, it can be confirmed that the iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro Max models are equipped with 6GB of memory, while the iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 mini have 4GB of memory, which means that the new phone has no change in memory compared to the iPhone 12 series.
It is worth mentioning that the previous Xcode code accurately revealed the RAM size of last year’s iPhone 12 model and previous generations of iPhones, so the above information should not be doubted. The iPhone 13 series uses a more power-efficient A15 bionic chip based on TSMC’s advanced 5nm+ process, but Apple did not say how fast the chip is compared to the A14 chip.
The A15 chip is also equipped with a new 5-core GPU in the iPhone 13 Pro model, which Apple claims provide the fastest graphics performance of any smartphone. It is worth mentioning that the first Geekbench run of Apple’s iPhone 13 Pro was released earlier today, confirming that the machine has 6GB of memory and GPU performance has been greatly improved.
The entire iPhone 13 series will be pre-ordered from 20 o’clock in the evening on September 17 and will be officially released on September 24.
