Lego’s latest Mario-themed set pays tribute to the classic game Super Mario 64. The set is huge? block. After unfolding, you can see the four levels of Super Mario 64: these are Peach’s Castle, Bob-omb Battlefield, Cool, Cool Mountain and Lethal Lava Trouble.
This Lego Super Mario 64? Block set contains more than two thousand building blocks and will be available on the Lego store on October 1st this year, priced at $169.99. Judging from the trailer released today, the suit looks great: four blocky game perspectives, and by modern standards, the game itself is very blocky.
But I must point out that as far as I know, the question mark block has never actually appeared in Super Mario 64. In addition to these levels, you will also get some original models of the characters in the game, including Princess Peach, King Bob-omb, Chain Chomp, and of course Mario himself.
If you have been following Lego’s previous Mario set, then you will be happy to hear that your existing Lego Mario and Luigi figurines will also be used with the set, and when placed in the level, it will obviously Unlock unique music and sounds.
