Following the news about the game test at the beginning of the month, Blizzard issued an announcement on the official website last night. It is confirmed that the beta test of Diablo 2 Resurrected for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One and Xbox Series platforms will begin on August 14.
First of all, users who have pre-ordered the PC and console version of Diablo 2 Resurrected can participate in the first wave of tests starting on August 14th, and then the beta test will be available at 1:00 am on August 21st. All players are open.
In this “Diablo 2: Remake” Beta test, in addition to the three professions provided by Magician, Barbarian and Amazon last time, Druids and Paladins have been added, and there are 5 professions to choose from.
The Diablo 2 Resurrected Beta test event provides a multiplayer mode with up to eight people, and the cross-platform game progress sharing function between the PC and the console will also be open to using. In this test, in addition to experiencing the first and second chapters of the game, you can also see the remake of the two chapters of the plot animation.
In addition, there are several things to note about this test:
- Beta testing is still not open to domestic users;
- Old game saves cannot be imported into the B beta version;
- The archive of the first wave of tests can be continued to the public B test;
- B test is temporarily not open to Switch users;
- Xbox Gold membership is required for the first wave test, but not for the public test;
- The first wave test ends at 1 o’clock on the 18th, and the public B test ends at 1 o’clock on the 24th;
- Diablo 2 Resurrected will be officially launched on September 24.
