In the upcoming update of the Edge browser, it will be easier to save web pages as PDF files. This feature is currently undergoing A/B testing and is only open to a small number of Edge Canary channel users. Edge’s built-in PDF tool allows users to view and edit PDF documents, and save copies of web pages as PDF files. However, if you want to save the page, you need to use the printing function. This process is a bit complicated for some users.
Microsoft is planning to solve this problem by introducing a new Save as PDF feature in the Edge browser. In the Edge Canary 94.0.974.0 version update, a new option has been added to the right-click menu. Users only need to click once to save any web page as a PDF document.
To try this feature, you need to go to Settings >> Appearance, and then turn on the switch of Show Saved as PDF in the Right-Click Menu. Once enabled, open the webpage you want to save as PDF and right-click it to open the context menu. Finally, select the “Save as PDF” option to export the web page as a PDF document.
