Twitter began testing the completely redesigned TweetDeck. The new TweetDeck user interface is similar to that of the web. The company said that in addition to major UI upgrades, it has also enhanced its functions. Earlier this year, Twitter admitted that TweetDeck was not loved by many people and confirmed that it has a major upgrade plan for TweetDeck.

Twitter’s Chief Product Officer Kayvon Beykpour said at the time: And we haven’t given TweetDeck too much love recently. This is about to change; we’ve been making considerable reforms to TweetDeck from the ground up, and we’re happy to share this publicly sometime this year. One point. So this is just one example of a service owned and operated by Twitter that we will continue to invest in.
The company said it first tested a small group of randomly selected people in the United States, Canada and Australia. The design uses a column-based layout and integrates many features previously provided in the Twitter website and the Twitter native application on iPhone, iPad and Mac. This includes the “Explore” tab, which contains popular topics as well as content called Decks. We will have to wait to get this new design to learn more.
