For users of the Dev channel of the Windows Insider project, Microsoft today released a preview update for Windows 10 Build 21359. This preview release also has a special significance, that is, to celebrate the birthday of Amanda Langowski, the head of the Windows Insider project.
The official Windows Insider tweet wrote: “The birthday gift Amanda Langowski wanted is a version update, so we decided to fulfill her wish! Build 21359 is already live on the Dev channel.” The Windows 10 Build 21359 released today did not introduce any new features but mainly focused on BUG fixes and functional improvements. The following is the complete changelog:
Changelog:
- An option has been added under the “Power” menu of the start menu. After you restart the device or log out, you can restart the application after logging in. After checking this setting, it will switch to the option under “Settings”>”Account”>”Login Options”>”Restart Application” which we introduced in 20H1.

Accounts connected by AAD will not be affected. To view network history, Edge and other browsers can choose to review recent network activity. You can also use OneDrive and Office to view recently used files.
- Update the “Ease of Access” category in the settings, now it is renamed “Accessibility”
- The Ebrima font has been updated and now supports Bamum characters (Unicode blocks U+A6A0 to U+A6FF).
- The Nirmala UI font family is being updated to improve the display of Chakma character combinations based on feedback.
- Open the “News and Interests” function of the taskbar to all Dev channel users.
