On December 16 last year, Huawei Hongmeng OS officially released the Beta version for mobile phone developers. On the evening of February 22 this year, Huawei’s consumer business CEO Yu Chengdong stated to the outside that starting from April this year, Huawei’s flagship phones can gradually upgrade Harmony OS. Huawei Mate X2 will be the first upgrade.
The report also said that according to the introduction of the on-site staff, the official launch of Hongmeng’s commercial business will be carried out in April at the earliest, and no later than mid-year at the latest.

The reporter saw in the live demonstration that the Hongmeng mobile phone can be connected with home audio-visual, fitness equipment and small household appliances, and related features can be quickly activated by just touching the mobile phone.
The above-mentioned staff also said that the current iteration speed of the Hongmeng mobile phone system is one version per month, and the internal system is still accelerating the evolution of the overall system.
According to the previously exposed adaptation plan, Hongmeng OS 2.0 will begin to adapt and update in April. The first batch of updated models are Huawei Mate X2, Huawei Mate 40 series, and Huawei P40 series.
