Microsoft is adding a new feature based on artificial intelligence to the Windows version of Outlook that can help users save some time when replying to emails. Outlook on the Web, iOS, and Android already support quick click-to-replies, and this feature will also be available on the Windows client later this month.
After this feature is launched, the Windows version of Outlook will be able to provide users with three types of related responses based on the information received in the email. This feature uses device learning and artificial intelligence to suggest the best response.

Users only need to click on one of them to send, and users can also turn off suggested responses in the settings menu. This feature has been provided for Office Insiders in the beta channel, and it is designed to save users the trouble of typing to reply to emails.
Although the quick reply feature was first launched in the United States for English users, online Outlook is currently rolling out this feature in more languages to customers around the world, including French, German, Italian, Portuguese, and Spanish.
