Last week, DigiTimes reported that the new 12.9-inch iPad Pro may be launched at the end of March or early in the second quarter. The publication has now changed the story, making it clear that mass shipments of the new iPad will begin in the second quarter. At the same time last week, people increasingly speculated that Apple will hold an event on Tuesday, March 23.
The unconfirmed event is rumored to include the launch of AirTags, AirPods 3 and new iPad Pro models. Several Apple products are brewing to adopt mini-LED displays. Compared with ordinary LCD, mini-LED has higher brightness and improved contrast. It is expected to become the new standard equipment in Apple’s future products, including the 14-inch MacBook Pro.
