Talking about the January 2021 security patch update, it comes with the build number Oxygen_14.E.32_GLO_032_2101280017, Oxygen_21.E.32_GLO_032_2101280020 & Oxygen_14.E.22_GLO_022_2101282159 for OnePlus 7, One Plus 7 Pro and OnePlus 7T respectively.

This is still an Android 10-based UI update and not Android 11. This update is rolling out over-the-air, and the company has also made available the ROM packages for those who cannot wait. You can check the complete changelog which is mention below as well as a download link.
