Recently, EMUI 11 update rolled out for Huawei P40 Pro smartphone users in the Middle East and now the company has to expand the EMUI 11 update in Europe with the build number 11.0.0.162 and weighs 714MB in size.
This update also brings the December 2020 security patch update. You can check the complete changelog which is mention below.

As we know, Huawei continuously providing the latest software update including security patches and EMUI stable and beta updates. Despite the ban in the US the Chinese tech giant Huawei is continuously growing and bringing new products including smartphones, gadgets and more.
Now, the company rolls out the EMUI 11 update to its Huawei P40 lineup and Huawei Nova 7. The Huawei P40 Pro and P40 Pro+ receiving EMUI 11 update along with the December 2020 security patch update.

Currently, this update rolling out in the Global market for Nova 7 while the P40 series got this update in the Middle East. The latest update comes with the build numbers 11.0.0.145 and 11.0.0.169 for Nova 7 and P40 series respectively. Below you can check the complete changelog.
Huawei Nova 7 Changelog:
- Always On Display (AOD): AOD allows users to customize their screen and showcase their personal style by adding text and images to their lock screen.
- Multiwindow mode: Multi-Window allows you to open apps in a floating window for multitasking. You can relocate the floating window to the desired location or minimize it to a floating bubble for easier access later.
- Smoother animation: The brand new, intuitive animations throughout EMUI 11 create a smoother, more unified, and visually pleasing user experience when touching items or sliding on the screen.
- Super Notepad: Notepad now supports editing notes simultaneously from multiple Huawei devices. For example, you can insert a photo from your phone to the note being edited on your tablet.
- Multi-screen Collaboration: This is a special feature that enables your devices to work together to achieve their full potential. You can mirror your phone to your laptop’s screen to improve your productivity with up to three windows readily available. (This feature requires a Huawei laptop installed with version 11.0 or later of PC manager.) and more.
